NEA Cultural Expo: Seeking Vendors and Performers

Join us for the 1st Annual NEA Cultural Expo, a celebration of the richly diverse population of Northeast Arkansas! 

Enjoy culinary delights, arts, crafts, and entertainment from across the nation and around the world. Tour vendors with traditional arts, crafts, and other items representing their unique cultures. Visit one of the educational booths where you can learn from local people and organizations as they share information about their culture.

We still have space for the following: 

* Vendors * Performers * Sponsors. 

Vendors and Performers, please download the appropriate application below. Please note that all vendors and performers should be a member of the ethnic or cultural group they are representing. This will be explained in more detail in the vendor applications and vendor rules. For example, if a food truck is selling ethnic cuisine, the owner/workers should be members of that ethnic group. If arts and/or crafts are being sold, they should be produced by and representative of the cultural or ethnic group the booth represents. Each vendor booth will include signage (for example, the nation, region, or culture represented: India, Mediterranean,  Soul Food, etc.) that indicates the group being represented.

This is an inclusive event, but we want to ensure that everyone has a chance to participate. The applications will enable us to make sure that there is not an over-abundance of groups offering the exact thing - this will help ensure more variety AND help our vendors from having so much competition that they feel the need to compete with each other for the same sales.
